Our garlic crop is ready. Fresh garlic has a vibrant flavour and juiciness you won't get from store bought garlic. Fresh garlic is so full of moisture that it actually cooks more quickly than older garlic. Thinly sliced and grilled, grated into an olive oil puree or baked, enjoy the unique flavours only fresh garlic can produce.
